1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Fun Mahjong Pong (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Game license

The developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, rent, interfere with, or misuse the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Gameplay and virtual features

Energy, hints, shuffles, stars, levels, rewards, and similar game features have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or property.

Game balance, rewards, availability, and progression may be changed, reset, limited, or discontinued when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the App.

4. Accounts and cloud progress

Native versions may offer optional cloud progress through the platform account already configured on your device, such as iCloud or Google Play Games. Authentication and account settings are handled by the applicable platform provider.

Cloud features may be unavailable, delayed, or incomplete. Keep your device and account access secure; no storage system can guarantee that progress will never be lost.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The App may offer optional rewarded advertisements, sharing services, sign-in providers, or other third-party features. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The developer is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or actions, except to the extent required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit defects, bypass security, disrupt the App, upload malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, artwork, interface, text, audio, trademarks, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.

8. Updates and availability

The App may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Certain updates may be required to continue using the App.

The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, progress, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the App.

Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the App, or create a security or legal risk.

12. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the App, law, or business practices. The updated date will be shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
